When do you deliver?
We currently deliver every Monday and Thursday between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. Stay tuned as we continue to add new delivery and pick-up options.

Do I need to be home?
Our meals are delivered hot and freshly prepared. If you don't plan to eat them right away, we prefer for you to be home to refrigerate or freeze them to preserve their freshness.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order at no charge any time prior to your scheduled date of delivery. Orders cancelled on the scheduled delivery date will incur a cancellation charge of 10% of the order value.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect order?
We always strive for perfection, but if your meals don't arrive just how you expected please use our Contact Us page to reach out and let us know. We will make it right!

Where can I sample your food?
Keep an eye on our Instagram @cleaneatsfreshfood. We post our weekly schedule every Sunday, so you can find the location that's most convenient for you. Planning a special event? We will work with you to schedule a private tasting!

How long will my meals last?
Your meals will last up to one week if immediately refrigerated upon delivery, longer if frozen. For optimal freshness, we encourage you to schedule multiple deliveries each week. We currently deliver every Monday and Thursday from 3:00pm to 6:00pm

Can I freeze my meals?
Absolutely! Our containers are freezer and microwave safe for your convenience.

Can I modify my meals?
You can customize your meals to your personal specifications by selecting our Build Your Own option. Select your protein, sides, and sauce, exactly how you want it.
